Exchange Policy

• Product(s) sold are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE.

• Product(s) sold can be exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase, at our retail outlet (or at our sales counters during a school sale exercise).

• ORIGINAL RECEIPT must be presented for exchange.

• Original product is required. Exchanged product(s) must be in its new and original condition, original product packaging attached with its original price tags and labels.

• Product(s) that have been washed, worn, altered, stained, ironed or with label(s) cut ARE NOT ELIGBLE FOR EXCHANGE.

• No exchange or replacement will be made for defects caused by negligence, rough handling or normal wear and tear.

• Product(s) can be exchanged ONLY within the same category and colour.

• All exchanges are subject to availability.
