Delivery Timeline
Applicable to online purchases with a flat delivery fee of $10.00 flat rate is applicable for all orders (< 10kg) to be delivered island wide within Singapore (except Changi Airport, Tuas and other restricted areas).
Upon order confirmation, items will be delivered within 5 to 7 business days (between Mar and Oct) and 7 to 10 business days (between Nov to Feb).
All home deliveries are outsourced to third-party courier, we are unable to attend requests for specific date and time delivery.
You will receive an email notification when the order package has been picked up with expected delivery date and when the order has been delivered.
Our retail outlet does not offer self-collection or reservation of orders. Generic products such as plain socks, and shoes are not eligible for self-collection.
Upon order confirmation, customers will have booked their appointment date and timeslots to pick up the package from school. Hence, there are no delivery charges.
Customer are expected to keep to their respective date and timeslots to facilitate the distribution of packages.
Upon order confirmation, production will take place after the consolidation of orders at the end of the ordering period. Production leads time will take up to 2-3 months. The mode of collection will be through school distribution. Hence, there are no delivery charges.
Customers will be informed through email notification / school announcements on the confirmed delivery date, time, and distribution method.
Terms of Delivery
• Order(s) will be processed and deliveries attempted between Monday to Friday (considered as business day), between 9.00am to 6pm.
• Online order(s) will require 5 to 7 business days (Mar to Oct) and 7 to 10 business days (Nov to Feb) to process.
• Order(s) will be confirmed only after payment has been received.
• Order(s) which are not paid will be kept in “Pending Payment” status. Order(s) which are on “Pending Payment” for more than 1 hour will automatically be cancelled.
• Upon order confirmation, items will be delivered within 5 to 7 business days (between Mar and Oct) and 7 to 10 business days (between Nov to Feb).
• A flat delivery fee of $10.00 flat rate is applicable for all orders (< 10kg) to be delivered island wide within Singapore (except Changi Airport, Tuas, Sentosa, P.O. Box and other restricted areas).
• NO AMENDMENTS / ADD-ONS are allowed once payment is received and order confirmed.
• Should a recipient be unavailable during the time of delivery, the package will be placed at your doorstep, there will not be another delivery made.
